We support municipalities, NGOs, and international organizations in interacting with local communities.  We also work with private sector clients to promote their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.  We offer research, strategies, and facilitation (private consultations, focus groups, workshops, public debates, and mediation). LUGARIT facilitated a PeaceGame play session at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, part of the Executive Program on Conflict and Fragility Management. The session, centered on the Syrian civil war, provided mid-career professionals with hands-on experience in peacebuilding and conflict resolution. Participants praised its realistic approach to negotiations and strategy-making.

An NGO initiative for a hands-on science and discovery centre in Syria, educating children on news making through interactive computer zones, encompassing the entire process of news creation. The project involves the design and implementation of the entire exhibition, including developing a surface-touch software for 13 expo zones.

Client:  GIZ - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit

A participatory city vision project for Aleppo, Syria, by 2025.  Co-funded by various organizations including GIZ and the World Bank.  We join stakeholders in planning for a city with multiple centers, modern transportation, diverse neighborhoods, and green, compact urban spaces. Additionally, we offer comprehensive communication services, involving community participation, branding, and promoting the project's vision through various media and events.
