A project aims to improve track 1.5 and 2 negotiations in the Syrian peace process using a digital tool for dialogue facilitation. The project focuses on scenario simulation and consensus building among political actors and mediators, producing policy papers to facilitate peacebuilding. The project targets local and national reconciliation, emphasizing early recovery.

This EU Roadmap, developed by Logos Civicus and LUGARIT, aims to empower Syrian local organizations. It includes mapping of civil society, assessing environments, and providing recommendations for capacity building and sustainability. We analyse historical trends, direct and indirect impacts of conflicts on development, long-term conflict patterns, future scenarios, and provide policy recommendations to achieve sustainable development and peace in the region.

A participatory project aimed at strategic urban planning in Saida, Lebanon. A project to support the Syria Trust for Development to establish Al-Wataniya Micro-Finance Bank in Syria. This pioneering project aimed to empower economically active individuals by providing access to microfinance services. We help with conceptualizing, strategizing, and ensuring the institution's compliance with central bank regulations.

An NGO initiative for a hands-on science and discovery centre in Syria, educating children on news making through interactive computer zones, encompassing the entire process of news creation. The project involves the design and implementation of the entire exhibition, including developing a surface-touch software for 13 expo zones.

A participatory city vision project for Aleppo, Syria, by 2025. Co-funded by various organizations including GIZ and the World Bank. We join stakeholders in planning for a city with multiple centers, modern transportation, diverse neighborhoods, and green, compact urban spaces. Additionally, we offer comprehensive communication services, involving community participation, branding, and promoting the project's vision through various media and events.

A German-Yemeni cooperation project focuses on managing and developing World Heritage Sites Shibam and Zabid, along with other historic cities in Yemen. It integrates heritage conservation with economic and social development, involving local communities and various stakeholders in sustainable preservation efforts.

Our experts contribute to the project in co-creating its Development Plan, stakeholder engagement, setting up housing programs with microcredits, land use planning, preparing building codes, and drafting pilot neighborhood plans.

A study on Syria's water crisis reveals critical challenges, including a rising water deficit, pollution, inefficient management, and underdeveloped infrastructure. Recommendations include improved water demand control, pollution reduction, and enhanced resource management. Despite existing strategies, implementation and enforcement are lacking, necessitating urgent and decisive action for sustainable water management.
