Manages a private consulting and training company, that offers services in Project Management, Governance Implementation/Design, Dialogue Facilitation, Strategic Planning, and Capacity Development. 

Leads projects and publications on international development in Syria and the Arab region.  

UOSSM - an NGO incorporated in France - is a coalition of humanitarian and medical organizations from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, and Turkey providing independent and impartial relief and medical care to victims of war in Syria.   Was responsible of leading the NGO’s operations, strategy development, advocacy, and partnerships. 

Served as the Quality Director and as the Advisor to the President of the University for Development and Innovation.  Responsibilities included: 

• Served as the focal point for the quality management system at the university. 

• Served as the focal point of supporting social responsibility of the university.

• Served as the head of the university's curriculum development and accreditation team.

• Designed and developed decision support systems for the university administration and operations team.

• Coordinated quality assurance activities within various departments.

• Developed methodology for reviewing forms procedures for quality assurance.

• Designed and maintained the university's quality management system.

• Managed all activities required to ensure quality in administrative as well as academic affairs at the university. 

• Responsible for DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) projects with the university.

Served as an instructor at the Business Administration and Information Engineering faculties.  Courses taught included:

Served as a consultant at Sa3ed Project;  a civil society initiative in Syria.   Responsibilities included; Developing a trainer's guide, and developing accreditation criteria and process for IT training centers.

Served as a consultant on the EU Project : Modernization of the Ministry of Finance in Syria.  Work included: 

• Led and managed the IT team for the development of the automated tax system in Syria.

• Served as the focal point within the Executive Team at Damascus Finance Directorate. 

• Managed the IT Team in developing the automated Syrian output-based budgeting.

• Completed a course in advanced negotiation skills at London School of Economics and Political studies.  2020.
